Gymnastika’s recreational girls program provides a positive environment to improve gymnastics skills and have fun. Our coaches challenge the girls to learn as much as their potential allows, and help boost their confidence to gradually perform more difficult techniques. In addition, the recreational program focuses on flexibility and strength conditioning, giving the girls a foundation in basic fitness.
