Preschool and Kindergarten Classes |

Our preschool and kindergarten classes recognize that children ages 3—5 might be a little intimidated about participating in a gymnastics class for the first time. As a result, we pride ourselves in our small class ratios so the coaches can provide individual attention to each child and maintain the safest environment possible. We introduce children to proper gymnastics techniques and basic skills that foster movement, flexibility and coordination. These classes teach the younger child basic building blocks which can be beneficial in any sport they may pursue. Finally, the classes help them to develop an appreciation for the sport of gymnastics and the tools to progress. |
