Boys Gymnastics

It’s been called the toughest of all sports by Men’s Fitness Magazine and anyone watching male gymnasts compete know it requires an incredible amount of strength, coordination, agility and raw power to skillfully perform the six events that comprise boy’s gymnastics.  At Gymnastika, we introduce boys to the range of physical activities involved in the sport.  We concentrate on techniques to build their strength and sharpen their mental focus, which will enhance their athleticism, no matter what sport they choose.

Gymnastika’s boys program starts with boys age 6.
