Gymnastics is one of the most challenging and
demanding sports in the world. Moving from the
recreational program to the competitive team requires
considerable enthusiasm, endurance, and commitment. But
our athletes demonstrate unequaled dedication and
constantly give it their all.
We compete in both Eagles and USA Gymnastics sponsored
gymnastics events for women’s level 5-Elite. Our Eagles
Team is 3 hours in length and offered three days a week.
You may choose to attend two or three days a week. The
level of the gymnast will be based on their skill
ability according to the USAG program. Eagles is a
recreational competitive program allowing children the
opportunity to spend less time in the gym and enjoy
competition. The goal of the Eagles program is to
encourage gymnasts to participate through their high
school years. Their competition season is from April to
June and begins at a Level 4 thru Level 8 and the
gymnasts have the option of doing a compulsory or
optional level.
Our USAG Team program trains from 15 to 23 hours a week
and it is required that a child attends at least three
days a week. The USAG program is the program that
continues into higher level gymnastics such as the NCAA
and the Olympics. The USAG program begins competition at
Level 4 thru Level 10, followed by Elite. The Level 4
thru 6 are compulsory level where the federation
determines the routine the child will perform and their
season is August thru December. The Level 7 through 10
are optional levels where the gymnast can perform a
routine of their choice and their season is January thru
May. We currently offer a hours for a school program and
after-school program for our teams.
If you are interested in either of our team programs
